With more than 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Josh has successfully established and operated cafes, restaurants, and catering businesses. Ravi Lathwal | Finance Manager

Ravi Lathwal has 15 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting and has been a part of the Ainsworth Property (A-P) team since its early beginnings.

An experienced executive, Ravi brings a wealth of commercial experience from previous senior management roles at a number of large organisations within the industry.

Ravi is responsible for managing all finance functions at A-P, including the company’s accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, business finance, and corporate services activities.

Ravi is a qualified CPA and holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance.

Heidi is a jack-of-all-trades kind of person. Her can do attitude made her learn and get exposed to different skills in different industries, and after working as an instructor, web developer, designer, programmer, and consultant in different industries both overseas and in Australia, she finally found where her heart really belongs—Office Management.

With over 10 years experience in office administration, not to mention that her mum started training her in this kind of job since she was in grade school, she has held different assistance providing roles, as well as administrative, marketing, and developer roles of small to corporate offices across a broad spectrum of industries in the private and public sectors including education, environmental, mining, optometry, and a financial services provider.
