Heidi is a jack-of-all-trades kind of person. Her can do attitude made her learn and get exposed to different skills in different industries, and after working as an instructor, web developer, designer, programmer, and consultant in different industries both overseas and in Australia, she finally found where her heart really belongs—Office Management.
With over 10 years experience in office administration, not to mention that her mum started training her in this kind of job since she was in grade school, she has held different assistance providing roles, as well as administrative, marketing, and developer roles of small to corporate offices across a broad spectrum of industries in the private and public sectors including education, environmental, mining, optometry, and a financial services provider.
Her particular areas of expertise are the ability to multitask and prioritise combined with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
