Josh grew up in London’s leafy suburbs, where he commenced his apprenticeship as a Chef. Enticed to move across the pond in 2009 by his Melbournian wife, Josh quickly fell in love with Australia, and has not looked back since.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Josh has successfully established and operated cafes, restaurants, and catering businesses. Josh’s reputation proceeds him to be hard working and customer-focused, with an extensive background and expertise in operations, project management, and delivery.
