Graduating with a BSc (Building) in Johannesburg South Africa, Simmy moved to Melbourne in 2002, making it his permanent home with his wife and family.

The founder of Connect Plus Property Solutions, Simmy partners with owners and developers, with a focus to add value through the adaptive reuse and regeneration of existing buildings.
